Rouge Liberté

About the artwork

A red stencil applied to patinated wooden slats, signed 'Blek 90'. The gesture, inherited from the artist's urban vocabulary, plays on the contrast between the raw quality of the support and the graphic precision of the motif. A testament to an era in which the stencil imposed itself as an autonomous form of writing, the work retains the silent and critical charge of original street art.
